ANPR / License Plate Recognition
Every vehicle in and out, logged automatically.
Zaylix reads license plates from your existing gate and lane cameras to log vehicle movement, control access, and flag unrecognized or blocklisted vehicles automatically.
Operational Challenge & How Zaylix Solves It
Moving from reactive surveillance footage review to automated real-time operational response.
Current Friction & Risks
Manual gate logs are slow, inconsistent and easy to falsify. Without automated plate capture, there's no reliable record of exactly which vehicle entered, when, and whether it was authorized.
How We Solve It
- Reads plates from existing gate, lane and yard cameras, day or night.
- Matches against an authorized-vehicle list and flags unrecognized plates.
- Creates a timestamped, searchable log of every vehicle movement.
- Can trigger access actions (gate open, alert) as part of a broader automated workflow.
Designed for Critical Operations
This solution integrates seamlessly across multiple high-stakes commercial and industrial settings.
Manufacturing & Plant Operations
On the factory floor, a missed hazard is a shutdown or an injury. Zaylix turns every line camera into a safety, security and inventory sensor, flagging violations the instant they happen.
Warehousing
Stock walks, forklifts collide, docks sit unwatched. Zaylix counts inventory to 99%+ accuracy and keeps eyes on every aisle, gate and dock, around the clock.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Throughput lives and dies at the gate and the yard. Zaylix automates access, tracks vehicle movement and secures cargo across sites, surfaced in one Digital Twin.
Technical & Deployment Clarity
Got questions about edge hardware, setup, or accuracy? Here are direct answers.
Does ANPR need special cameras?
It works best with a camera that has a clear, reasonably close view of the plate, day and night. We check your actual camera setup in a feasibility review rather than assuming it will work.
Can it integrate with our existing gate/access system?
That depends on what your gate hardware supports. We scope integration feasibility case by case rather than promising blanket compatibility.
